Small Group Sessions

Small group training …..

There will be various small group sessions available each day.

The sessions focus On increasing your  fitness ,, strength and core function, using weight training , boxing for fitness,  cardio machines and functional movements.

45 minute sessions ….

Mondays 9.45 am 4.15 pm and 5 .15 pm 

Tuesday’s 6.45 am 

Wednesday’s 6.45 am and 5.15 pm

Thursday’s 6.45 am and 5.15pm

Friday’s 6.45 am  and 9.30 am 

Saturday’s 8.15 am

Pricing …..

Sessions are $20 each 

Unlimited sessions per week  $65 per week
