Small Group Sessions

Small group training …..

There will be various small group sessions available each day.

The sessions focus On increasing your  fitness ,, strength and core function, using weight training , boxing for fitness,  cardio machines and functional movements.

45 minute sessions ….

Just setting up new studio,  so timetable will start in mid August .

Mondays 4.15 pm and 5 pm 

Tuesday’s 8.45 am 

Wednesday’s coming soon 

Thursdays 5 pm 

Friday’s 9.30 am 

Saturday’s 8.15 am 

More group sessions to be added too

Pricing …..

One session per week $20 per week 

Two sessions per week $36 per week ,, ($18 per session)

Three sessions per week $48 per week ,,( $16 per session ) 

Unlimited sessions per week  $60 per week…
